I aspire to be a compassionate “Friend in the End” for those nearing the final chapters of their lives and their loved ones. Death, to me, has always been a natural part of the human journey. This outlook led me to discover my life’s purpose and led me to got trained as an end-of-life doula. I worked at Peace Hospice Watford and gained practical experience in the inpatient unit. Although I cherished the work, I felt a yearning for deeper connections with the individuals I was supporting. It became clear to me that I could make a more profound difference by working one-on-one with people in the comfort of their own homes.

As a caregiver, massage therapist, and a nature enthusiast, I find joy in inspiring people to reconnect with nature, take responsibility for their well-being, and care for our planet. I approach my work holistically and intuitively, addressing the body, mind, and spirit to provide a truly personalised experience. Listening is one of my strengths, and I’m here to sit with your grief, whether it flows through words, tears, anger, or any other expression. Quality of life is my utmost concern, and I’m committed to doing everything within my power to enhance the lives of my clients in a way that benefits everyone involved.

I’m a certified end-of-life doula, trained through Going with Grace, a member of the National End-of-life Doula Alliance (NEDA), and a dedicated volunteer at our local hospice. I actively engage in community events such as death cafes, talks, and workshops, striving to foster open conversations around this essential aspect of life.
